When Growth Still Depends On You
The team is busy. The tools are in place. Yet decisions, priorities, and follow-up keep returning to you.
Routine approvals and follow-up wait for you. It feels overwhelming when your attention becomes the bottleneck.
Everyone is busy, but the quarter’s goals wait. The frustration builds when effort doesn’t become meaningful progress.
Systems exist, but clear ownership doesn’t. More tools can feel disappointing when the follow-up still lands with you.
Daily operations crowd out the next chapter. You’re stretched between keeping today moving and building what comes next.

My Why And The 3S Difference
Your vision deserves a team, systems, and structure that can bring it to life. That is why I do this work.
I connect your vision to clear decisions, shared ownership, and follow-through.
Practical systems shaped around your business, your team, and the tools you use.
Clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and a consistent rhythm for progress.
The Simplify Scaling System™
Choose the priorities that matter. Make essential work repeatable. Give people clear ownership. EOS experience informs the work; your business determines the scope.
We connect your direction to the work your leaders can realistically own, then agree the priorities and decisions that deserve attention now.
What We EstablishA shared direction, agreed priorities, and clear success measures.
Use the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO), where appropriate, to connect long-term direction with annual goals and quarterly priorities.
Agree quarterly Rocks, named owners, and dependencies so new ideas do not quietly displace the plan.
We strengthen selected workflows in the tools your team already uses. Improvement work follows the agreed remit, with your team carrying out the daily work.
What We EstablishClearer handoffs, a focused workflow improvement, and useful operating visibility.
Map priority workflows, clarify handoffs, and help the team document and use the agreed processes.
Use a focused Scorecard and agreed operating measures with consistent definitions, reliable data sources, and a named owner for each number.
We clarify reporting lines, decision limits, and how leaders follow through. Accountability becomes practical when people have the authority to do the work.
What We EstablishDefined leadership responsibilities, escalation rules, and a consistent leadership rhythm.
Clarify the Accountability Chart, role expectations, and decisions each leader can make without returning to the founder.
Use the meeting rhythm, clear To-Dos, and Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) to resolve issues and review what leaders agreed to do.
We work in the tools your team already uses. EOS tools are selected for the need and agreed scope, alongside your EOS Implementer where relevant.
Our 3S Commitment
You deserve to know what we’re working toward, what each of us owns, and how the work will become useful to your team.
Before we begin, we agree on outcomes, responsibilities, and a practical plan. When we build tools or processes, your team learns how to use them.
We shape the work around your business, your people, and the tools you use. Your proposal and agreement set out the scope and terms.
Your Next Steps
Choose the support that fits your situation, then agree what working together will look like.
Confirm whether clarity, an operating foundation, or ongoing leadership best fits your need.
Review the scope, outcomes, responsibilities, and investment with your decision-makers.
Complete the agreed paperwork and payment, then schedule your first working session.

& Chief Operating Officer
Based in the Philippines.
Partnering with US & Australian businesses.
I’ve seen the work from the inside. My experience spans hands-on business support, operations management, and fractional leadership.
That experience shapes how I partner with founders. I look at how the business actually runs: where decisions get stuck, where handoffs break down, and what the team needs to take ownership.
I bring clear thinking, practical systems, and steady follow-through. Together, we connect your people, priorities, processes, and performance so you can spend more of your attention leading the business forward.
My approach draws on EOS experience since 2017, Rocket Fuel University’s Integrator Masterclass training, and Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt training.

Before We Talk
A clear partnership starts
with clear expectations.
Choose Strategic Clarity when you need to understand the bottlenecks and decide what to do first. Operating Foundation helps you put ownership, scorecards, priority SOPs, and a leadership rhythm into practice. Fractional COO is for ongoing operating leadership, team alignment, accountability, and performance oversight within an agreed scope.
They are separate calls. The free 30-minute Discovery Call helps us understand your business, explore what is slowing progress, and assess whether working together fits. Strategic Clarity is a paid 90-minute working session at US$250, focused on your top three operational bottlenecks and a 30-day action plan.
Strategic Clarity is US$250 for one 90-minute session. Operating Foundation is US$3,500 per month with a 90-day minimum and the option to continue monthly. Fractional COO starts at US$4,000 per month with a 90-day minimum. All prices are in US dollars. Final scope, payment arrangements, and terms are agreed before paid work begins.
We focus on roles, ownership, scorecards, priority standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a leadership rhythm, with team training and adoption support. The initial 90-day implementation gives us a shared focus for putting the agreed foundations into practice. The partnership can continue monthly after the minimum term.
An EOS Integrator leads leadership-team alignment and execution. A Fractional COO leads broader operations within an agreed scope. The roles can overlap. We clarify the work, responsibilities, and decision rights your business needs before agreeing the partnership.
We start with your business and the way your team works. My EOS experience informs the approach; the tools we use depend on the agreed need. If you already work with an EOS Implementer, we clarify how the roles work together.
A clear view of the business, access to the relevant information, candid conversations, and time for the team to put changes into practice. For an operating leadership partnership, we also agree the decisions I can own and when an issue needs your input.
We agree the scope, the outcomes we are working toward, and who owns each responsibility. We build a practical plan around your business. When we build tools or processes, your team learns how to use them. Your proposal and agreement set out the engagement terms.
Begin with a Discovery Call to explore your situation and fit, or ask about Strategic Clarity if you want a focused working session. For a partnership, we agree the scope, outcomes, responsibilities, and investment, complete the paperwork and payment, then schedule the first working session.
