Accessibility

The Approach

The website is designed with readable color contrast, semantic headings, meaningful image alternatives, keyboard-operated controls, visible focus, a skip link and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. It uses WCAG 2.2 AA as a design and testing reference. Some content and linked services may still have accessibility limitations.

Controls You Can Use

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, then Enter or Space to activate them.
• Use the skip link to go to the main content.
• In the 3S process tabs, use the arrow keys, Home and End to move between tabs.
• Portfolio chapters have Previous and Next controls as well as chapter links. Use Escape to close an expanded sample.
• Use Pause motion at the top of the homepage, or enable your device’s reduced-motion preference. Essential content does not depend on animation.
• Cookie settings use a keyboard-operable dialog. Escape closes it, and focus returns to the control that opened it.
• Use your browser zoom. Information is not conveyed by color alone.

Work Samples And Other Sites

Some portfolio work samples are screenshots. Their surrounding text explains the work, but a screenshot may not expose all of its embedded text to assistive technology. Contact me for an accessible explanation or alternative where available. Calendly, LinkedIn and Loom are separate services and may have their own accessibility limitations.
